Meet Dr. Thanusha Neelapareddy

Dr. Neelapareddy is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in culturally responsive and evidence-based care.

Dr. Neelapareddy works with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and couples that are coping with anxiety, depression, relationship or adjustment issues, and chronic illness or pain. She also focuses on integrative care by providing consultations to and coordinating treatment with schools, pediatricians, psychiatrists, and family practice physicians in the community.

Prior to joining the Clear Mind Collective Psychology Group, Dr. Neelapareddy was a postdoctoral psychology fellow at Dell Children's Medical Center/UT Austin Dell Medical School. She completed her APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, FL and has trained at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Her educational background includes receiving her master's degree and Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Texas at Austin. 

Dr. Neelapareddy is also very passionate about and dedicated to teaching, training, and supervision. She has had prior experience of supervising psychology interns and practicum students along with psychiatry medical students and residents at various academic medical centers. Dr. Neelapareddy is currently a Course Instructor in the Department of Psychology at Texas State University. She plans to continue teaching and training while providing psychological care in a private practice setting. 

Dr. Neelapareddy is licensed to practice in the State of Texas (PSY 39728).
