About DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a state-of-the-art, evidence-based treatment for adolescents who experience significant trouble managing intense emotions, problematic thoughts, and unsafe behaviors. DBT skills include mindfulness skills to practice non-judgmental, present-moment awareness, and strategies to improve communication with others, reduce family conflict, manage emotions, and tolerate distressing situations. DBT skills group are run like a small workshop or classroom. The skills learned are a helpful addition to ongoing individual therapy.

$100 per group + one time $250 intake fee for new clients
Sessions are conducted in person
Each participant must be engaged in individual therapy with a provider in our practice or with an outside provider
