Therapy will be guided by a treatment plan developed after the intake evaluation. Evidence-based treatment strategies will be tailored to your unique needs and delivered in a compassionate manner.
FAQs

Our practice will provide you with a document, called a superbill, that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement consideration. You are responsible for full payment of fees at time of service. Please contact your insurance directly to inquire about your out-of-network coverage for psychodiagnostic evaluations and therapy. You may need to provide your insurance with these CPT codes, which identify the services being provided:

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Our practice will provide you with an initial Good Faith Estimate for the intake evaluation. Once a treatment plan has been created based on the intake evaluation, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for therapy services.
