Meet Dr. Delana Parker

Dr. Parker is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based psychological interventions to help individuals and families who are coping with chronic illness, pain, depression, anxiety or problems with emotion regulation.

Dr. Parker is passionate about helping her clients tap into their inner sources of resilience to overcome difficulties and live more fulfilling and healthy lives.

Prior to co-founding Clear Mind Collective Psychology Group, Dr. Parker was a pediatric psychologist at Dell Children’s Medical Center where she provided services as part of an interdisciplinary pain management team. Dr. Parker received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her APA-accredited predoctoral internship in the Department of Psychiatry at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein School of Medicine, New York. She then completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Pain Psychology through the Division of Pain Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine, where she served patients at one of the top-ranking comprehensive interdisciplinary pain programs in the United States. Her educational background also includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Parker is licensed in the states of Texas (PSY 38421) and Michigan (PSY 6301019133), and is also authorized to practice telehealth through the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) in active PSYPACT states (Mobility No 10007).
